Get in touch with the team behind the reviews: Melbourne-based real humans on AU business hours.
The office is at Flat 1/650 Inkerman Rd, Caulfield North VIC 3161. Phone 0412 156 618 (24 hours, Monday to Friday AEST). The site is operated by The Trustee for Compare Forex Brokers Unit Trust (ABN 49909258897), Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 001274082) of Bardin Capital Pty Ltd (AFSL 247858).
How to reach us
This page is the way to reach the CompareForexBrokers Australia team. Every message through the form lands in a shared inbox that David Levy and the author monitor during AU business hours, and we aim to acknowledge it within one business day.
Start with our guide to the best forex broker in Australia if you’re choosing a broker rather than contacting us.
For urgent enquiries, call 0412 156 618. It is staffed 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday (AEST), across the Sydney, London and New York sessions.
I’d route legal notices, AFCA escalations and syndication enquiries through the form, so both sides have a written record from the start.
Contact form
Your submission lands in the operations queue monitored by Justin and David during AU business hours. Required fields are marked in their labels.
We respond within one business day. If it’s urgent, call 0412 156 618 (24 hours, Mon-Fri AEST).
What we do not do
A note on scope, because we get the same off-topic enquiries every week.
- We do not provide trading advice. If you have a question about whether to take a specific position, what stop-loss to set, or whether your strategy is sound, we cannot help. CompareForexBrokers is a Corporate Authorised Representative authorised to provide general financial product information only. Trading questions should go to the broker you are using.
- We do not run a managed fund or signal service. Justin trades his own account. He does not take on managed money. There is no signal subscription. Anyone offering you “Justin Grossbard signals” or “CompareForexBrokers managed accounts” is a scam. Report it to ASIC and to us via the form.
- We cannot resolve disputes between you and a broker. If you have a complaint about how a broker has handled your account, the path is the broker’s internal complaints process first, then AFCA (free, retail-tier dispute resolution).
- We cannot recover funds from offshore brokers. If you have signed up with a broker outside the ASIC perimeter and are now having trouble withdrawing funds, the recovery options are limited. ASIC has a warnings register and Moneysmart resources, both of which are good first stops.
Office address
The Trustee for Compare Forex Brokers Unit Trust Flat 1/650 Inkerman Rd Caulfield North VIC 3161 Australia
The office is in the inner south-east of Melbourne, about 10 km from the CBD. We do not have a public reception, so visits are by appointment only via the form above.
Phone
Office line: 0412 156 618 International format: +61 412 156 618
Hours: Monday to Friday, 24 hours (AEST). Closed Saturday and Sunday.
During AU business hours, the operations team monitors the line. Calls outside those hours go to voicemail, and we return voicemail messages on the next business day.
For most enquiries, the form on this page is the right channel. We don’t publish a direct email address on the site to keep the spam volume manageable. The form routes the message into the same inbox a direct email would, and we respond from a real person’s email address, which allows replies to the thread.
Privacy enquiries (data subject access requests, deletion requests, rights under the Australian Privacy Act) go through the form with “Other” as the enquiry type and “Privacy” in the subject line.

Complaints
If your complaint is about how we have behaved as a Corporate Authorised Representative, the dispute resolution path is:
- Internal first. Use the form, select “Complaint about how we have behaved”, and describe the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 days.
- AFSL holder. If we cannot resolve the complaint, it may be escalated to Bardin Capital Pty Ltd, the AFSL holder under whom we operate.
- AFCA. If it is still unresolved internally within 30 days, it can be escalated to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority on 1800 931 678. AFCA is free for retail clients.
The full disclaimer and dispute resolution detail is on the disclaimers page.
